These documents, videos and web links describe and illustrate Nutrient Value Chains and Nourishment Economies, including the scientific, economic, and cultural underpinnings of models and entrepreneurs we work with.
These materials were produced by various organizations over the past two years. Many were drafted by the team coordinating Ashoka’s six-year initiative to identify and support system-changing innovators and to identify patterns in rural innovation, farming, and systems change around the world.
